Terms of service.

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing or using the Conflict Kinetics (“CK”) mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. 

These Terms govern all use of the App, including account creation, content uploads, and community interactions. A valid Mission Code is required to create an account and access app content. 

2. Eligibility and Access 

Access to the App is restricted to authorized individuals who have received a Mission Code from CK or an approved Admin. These codes are confidential and may only be used by the person they were issued to. Any unauthorized use of access credentials is strictly prohibited. 

Users may request access to the App if they do not have a code; approval is at CK’s discretion. 

3. User Accounts 

To create an account, users must provide: 

● Full name 

● Email address 

● Password 

● A valid Mission Code 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. 

CK and Admins reserve the right to deactivate or restrict any account without prior notice if terms are violated or access is no longer appropriate. 

4. User-Generated Content 

Approved users may upload content, including: 

● Training videos 

● Comments and replies 

● Text-based “Requests” for training topics 

By submitting content, you grant CK a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App and for CK’s internal training and development. 

You agree not to upload: 

● Inappropriate, offensive, or unauthorized content 

● Content that infringes on intellectual property rights 

● Classified or otherwise restricted military materials 

All content is subject to moderation. CK and Admins may remove or hide content at their discretion, including in response to user reports. 

5. Content Visibility and Organization 

Content may be marked by the uploader as: 

● Public – visible to all authorized users 

● Private – visible only to the uploader and Admins/CK Moderators 

CK Members and Admins may organize content into Folders and Playlists to improve content discoverability and training structure. 

Flagged content will be hidden until reviewed. Users submitting removal requests for their content acknowledge that final approval rests with CK. 

6. Account Suspension and Deactivation 

CK reserves the right to: 

● Deactivate accounts at any time, especially if the user is no longer affiliated with CK or an authorized client 

● Retain user-submitted content if it continues to serve a training purpose, even after account deactivation 

● Label content from deactivated users as “Deactivated User.” 

Deactivated users cannot log in or reuse their email for future access unless reapproved and issued a new Mission Code. 

7. Intellectual Property 

All materials on the App — including designs, text, structure, and branding — are the intellectual property of Conflict Kinetics and may not be copied, shared, or republished without express written permission. 

All user-uploaded content becomes part of CK’s internal knowledge base and may be used to improve training effectiveness. 

8. Limitations of Liability 

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” CK makes no warranties or guarantees regarding uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose. CK is not liable for: 

● Temporary outages or technical issues 

● Lost or deleted content 

● Actions taken based on content submitted by other users 

9. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of applicable U.S. courts or military/contractual venues as required. 

10. Changes to These Terms 

CK may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of any updates.
